很美的一首歌。BlueOctober是德州的搖滾樂團，唱腔與音樂卻不像美國人。歌裡用上小提琴和二胡增添了哀戚；描寫一個悲傷的人，就像掉入海中，徬徨無助、無法呼吸，如果他更有男子氣概一點，也許就能學會脫離這個處境。但他找不到燈光和方向，在浪中漂浮、打轉、碰撞。” I'm cold as cold as cold can be.”

副歌帶出他對死亡的欲望：就讓大浪吞沒、就讓颶風來襲、就讓我現在感受到的雨滂沱而下。佛洛伊德說相對於愛，人們其實對於死亡、毀滅與虛無也有一種憧憬。雖然對他沒什麼好感，但我相信，當一件事情是真確的時候，它的對立也必然存在。
